will be added where possible at our discretion at no extra
charge. The ad includes a Pedigree, Photos with enhancements,
text description and movies on a webpage dedicated to the
horse for sale, inaddition to being listed in the video ads

to Flash and WMV movie(s) format. No extra charge for subdividing into

trotting clip. Extra editing work such as color correction is
not included .Work copied to Cdrom(s) and mailed to you. |

| Photo extraction
from VHS or MiniDV tape. |
We can usually extract
stills from VHS, 8mm, Hi8, DVD, MiniDV tapes. These extractions
can be excellent quality for publishing on websites, emailing
to friends and making personal cards and stationary. They are
usually not of sufficient clarity and resolution for 8x10 glossy
photos. |

| Simple VHS/MiniDv Tape to
Digital VCD or DVD-R |
Transfer 45 minutes of VHS/8mm/Hi8/MiniDV
tape to a Video Cdrom (VCD) or 1-2 hours of VHS/8mm/Hi8/MiniDV
to a DVD-R that can be played in most DVD players 2 years or
newer. Check your owners manual to verify Media compatibility.
VCD is digital which will not degrade like a VHS tape, but has
the same display quality as a VHS tape. DVD is of better quality
than VCD and DVDs can store about 2 hours of playing time. We
transfer to a DVD-R but can also burn DVD+R, DVD+RW, DVD-RW
media as well. Email for pricing. Special Effects, Music and
Chapter Points are extra. |

results are obtained from MiniDV tape - but good VHS quality
video can produce satisfactory results. VCDs are usually able
to be played in DVD players that can play CDROM music and DVDs.

the media used by many Video Production Companies. We can also

Hand submit site
to related web sites and search engines We research and request
reciprocal links at websites that your potential client may
visit . Reciprocal links will help to increase your web traffic,
as people often use a good website's link directory to find
other sites of interest. For example - people visiting an online
Horse Magazine site will ofen check out the link library for
other businesses selling horses or products. We optimize your
website pages for key words and phrases to help you show up
in the Natural selection of the top page results of the major
Search Engines used by popularity polls. The latter is a one-time
process, but should be tracked and adjusted as needed because
Search Engine ranking rules can change and your ranking number
can slip over time. |

| Web Site Promotion, Technical support,
and Monthly Maintenance |
Minor text editing,
photo swapouts, maintain Web pages on backup for restoration
incase of internet hosting failure, monitor web site ranking
for websites key words in MSN, Yahoo and Google. Optimize where
possible. Update your reciprocal link page as needed. Ongoing
minor tech support for helping to resolve questions with your
website.You must sign up for 12 months of maintenance. Note-
if the page content is changed over 50%, than this is considered
as designing a new page and does not fall under "simple
modifications". The monthly maintenance includes up to 3 hours of the above covered work per month, additional time is billed at the current modification rate. Work is completed FIFO and sites are updated a maximum of twice monthly. New pages and new work is not included. |

| Site Backup and
Restore |
If you have purchased
a monthly maintenance contract with us we maintain backups of
your website's html pages and the monthly work hours can be
used towards restoring pages. This doe not include databases
or cgi programs. Otherwise if your site needs to be restored
from our original site build's backup there is a $200 fee for
each simple restoration. If we have to contact your webhoster
for problem resolution involved in getting your site restored
you will be billed at the hourly rate of $75/hr for any additional
time involved. |

Farm Video Photography |
We will travel up
to 50 miles of our location in the DFW Texas metroplex. We
can travel to your farm, show and trainers barn to capture Digital
Video movies of your stallions at stud, horses for sale, training
sessions, or even your local open horse show. Stills can be
extracted directly from the digital video tape for email and
websites. Video can be transferred to VHS, VCD or DVD. Note-
travel time exceeding 1 hours is billed by the extra time
required to get to the farm. There is no extra labor charge
for extracting photos that are chosen by us and emailed to you. |
Session is $250
for a maximum of 1 total hour and 5 horses. Hard copies of photos
to CDROM or Movies to VHS or DVD is extra. |

| Multiple Browser
Type and Version Capability |
All browsers don't
necessarily present the same web page in the same format. The
newer browser versions support more features as well as being
more Internet secure. By default we build pages that statistically
over 90% of viewers should be able to see. If you would like
your pages viewable by older browser versions we are happy to
add the code to check the browser type and version and send
them to a page with content they can view. Please note Internet
Explorerer users- should upgrade and install the new security
patches. Microsoft has posted several security warnings concerning
older versions allowing malicious code to be added to your PC. |

Sale Flyer - Starts
at $75 for the Adobe Photoshop design, which includes 1 Color
copy on regular ink jet paper and the Adobe Photoshop file,
JPGor a BMP can be emailed to you. B/W copies are 10 cents.
Color Copies are $1.50 on regular ink jet paper. Glossy Photo
paper- add $5 per copy. For mass production, we recommend you
take either a photo paper copy or an Adobe Photoshop file to
your local print shop and have them make copies on a color laserjet.

design. The design can be printed out on business card perforated
paper that can be bought any where they sell computer paper-
or you can take to a copy shop to be duplicated. You get one
design that is a sheet of cards that can be printed out on Avery
Business Card paper with your color printer in either an Adobe
Photoshop file, BMP, JPG or in a Word Document.. |
